• Your password is found at the end of your examination report or was provided to you by the secretarial desk at the end of the examination
Doctor
• Your login details have been sent to you by the doctors in charge at each site
• If you do not have a prescriber code or if you are unable to view the reports from one of our departments, please contact the secretarial desk at the site in question
